David Nalley possesses extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as the Utility Systems/Resource Conservation Manager at the University of Northern Colorado since May 1992. In this role, David oversees HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, boiler plant operations, and building automation, in addition to responsibilities as the resource conservation manager. David's career also includes positions as an HVAC Supervisor and HVAC Technician.
