Nate Schmitt

Nate Schmitt is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a diverse background in both academic and industry roles. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, Nate has held significant positions at Computer Integration Technologies, Inc., including Director of Cybersecurity, Manager of Cybersecurity, and Security Engineer. Additionally, Nate contributes as an Advisory Board Member at ThreatLocker and has previously worked at Fabcon Precast as an IT System Administrator and IT Support Specialist. Nate's foundational experience includes a role as Customer Relations Lead / IT Support at Winona State University. Nate holds a Master's Degree in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications from Winona State University.
