Derrick D.

Derrick D. is currently serving as the Assistant Rector for Sorin College at the University of Notre Dame, co-leading a residence hall staff team and managing community-building initiatives for over 140 students. Derrick has significant experience in leadership development, having previously held the position of Leadership Development Program Manager at NET Ministries, where a comprehensive training program for 55 participants was successfully designed and implemented. Additionally, Derrick worked as a Strategic Project Manager, facilitating organizational growth for a non-profit. As the Owner of Diedrich Consulting, Derrick expanded client services and increased revenue, while previous roles include positions at Cargill and BAE Systems, focusing on project management and data analysis. Derrick's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas, complemented by a Bachelor's in Leadership and Management.
