Lissa Bill

Lissa MacGregor Bill currently serves as the Executive Director of Institutional Innovation and Strategy at the University of Notre Dame, overseeing strategic planning for the Division of Student Affairs and the University’s strategic plan. With a career spanning over two decades in educational and operational roles, Lissa's experience includes various leadership positions in the Career Center at Notre Dame, where responsibilities encompassed operational management, career counseling, and student development programs. Lissa's background also features significant experience in the retail sector, notably at Sears Holdings and Abercrombie & Fitch as a Buyer and Merchant, respectively. Lissa holds a Master of Education in International Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
