Jacquie de Silva

Jacquie de Silva is an accomplished academic and industry professional with extensive experience in plant science. Currently serving as an Honorary Professor at The University of Nottingham since August 2014, Jacquie has also been a Science Leader in Plant Science at Unilever Research since 2009. Prior to this role, Jacquie spent nearly two decades at Unilever R&D as a Project Manager from 1990 to 2009. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Plant Molecular Biology from the CNAA and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Imperial College London.
