Kyle Harrington

Assistant Professor at University of Nottingham

Kyle Harrington is an Assistant Professor and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham since January 2017, focusing on technology development and evaluation for healthcare. Currently serving as a Research Associate for ExoRehab from 2022, Kyle has been involved in projects related to Human Factors and Technology Development in the Automotive Industry. Previous experience includes examination marking for a Master's level module in Cognitive Ergonomics and a web-based promotion role at the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. In July 2014, Kyle completed a Digital Wellbeing Placement at Philips, working on digitizing wellbeing assessments for dementia patients and developing an accompanying Android application. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Human Factors from the University of Nottingham, as well as a Master of Arts in Philosophy of Mind and Language and a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Psychology from the same institution and the University of the West of England, respectively.
