Margarita Rubio

Margarita Rubio is an accomplished academic and economist with extensive experience in research and teaching. Currently serving as an Associate Professor in Economics at the University of Nottingham since January 2013, previously held the role of Assistant Professor in Economics. Prior to joining the University of Nottingham, Margarita Rubio worked as a Research Economist at the Bank of Spain from September 2008 to December 2012. Margarita Rubio earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from Boston College, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2008, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from University College London (UCL) during 2001-2002.
