Peter McCracken

Peter McCracken is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the HCM Workstream Lead (Oracle Fusion) and Director of HR Operations at the University of Nottingham since 2005, Peter is responsible for the delivery of operational HR activities and plays a key role in the HR leadership team. Previously, Peter held positions such as Head of HR Employment Services and Organisational Development, contributing to HR strategy and leading initiatives related to international campuses. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner at Boots, Senior Associate Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Pharmacist at GlaxoSmithKline. Peter holds an MA in Human Resource Management from De Montfort University, an MBA from Cass Business School, and a BA (Hons) in Pharmacy from The University of Nottingham.
