Phil Webster

Phil Webster currently serves as a Fractional COO and Boardroom Advisor at Pragmatiks Consulting Limited, focusing on providing operational expertise to SMEs and early-stage start-ups. In addition to this role, Phil holds positions as an Honorary Fellow and Entrepreneur In Residence at the University of Nottingham, and is a member of the Expert Network at BioCity Nottingham. Previous experience includes roles in business operations at Equifax and Atos, and serving as Director of Operations at Experian. Phil holds an MBA from Nottingham University Business School and a BA(Hons) in Modern Language Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
