Vincenzo di Bari

Vincenzo di Bari is a Co-founder and Science Lead at The Good Pulse Company since December 2021 and serves as an Assistant Professor of Food Structure and Processing at the University of Nottingham since October 2021. With a PhD in Formulation Engineering from the University of Birmingham obtained in September 2014, Vincenzo's prior academic experience includes being a Group Leader for a Product Design Exercise at the University of Birmingham, where leading second-year chemical engineering students focused on designing and developing a direct methanol portable fuel cell. Educational background also includes a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Foggia.
