Wesley Allen

Wesley Allen is a Senior Operations Officer at the University of Nottingham, having taken on the role in February 2022. Responsibilities include monitoring student engagement through data analysis to enhance decision-making and developing student voice processes utilizing LEAN six sigma training. Prior to this, Wesley served as a Secondary Science Teacher at Nottingham Academy from August 2020 to October 2021, delivering comprehensive science education across key stages 3 to 5 and fostering strong relationships with students and colleagues. Wesley holds a PGCE in Science (Biology) from Nottingham Trent University and a degree in Pharmacology from the same institution.
