Dr. Christy Kastl

Dr. Christy Kastl, EdD, serves as an Educational Consultant with The Childcare Excellence Group and holds the position of President & Executive Director at the National Institute of Early Childhood Leadership Inc. Additionally, Dr. Kastl is the Oklahoma Area Director for Kiddie Academy, a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the Licensed Child Care Association of Oklahoma, and an Adjunct Professor at Mid-America Christian University. With experience as an Adult Education Instructor at the Center for Early Childhood Education - OU and a Professional Development Specialist for the Council for Professional Recognition, Dr. Kastl has developed a robust career in early childhood education. Previous roles include Executive Director at Bright Horizons and Crème de la Crème, and Campus Director at Children’s Learning Adventure, overseeing significant educational programs. Dr. Kastl's academic background includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University, along with multiple degrees and certifications in early childhood education and related fields.
