Patrick McClain

Patrick McClain possesses extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Assistant Director for HR Business Partners at the University of Oklahoma since February 2017. In this role, Patrick leads a team that supports approximately 17,000 employees across three campuses, delivering strategic HR consultation focused on workforce productivity, organizational performance, and leadership development. Previous positions include HR and Talent Capacity Manager at United Way Worldwide, where Patrick refined a global talent management strategy, and Human Resources Business Partner at Nextility, where Patrick established the HR department for a start-up. With an MPS in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University and a BA in Human Resource Management from the University of Oklahoma, Patrick combines strong academic credentials with a proven track record in enhancing HR functions across various organizations.
