Jennifer Gordon

Jennifer Gordon, MEd, CAE, currently serves as the Executive in Residence and Executive Director of Telfer Executive Programs at the University of Ottawa, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Director of Executive Education (Future EDge) at Carleton University from September 2023 to April 2024. Jennifer’s prior experience includes serving as Director of Safe Medical Care Learning at The Canadian Medical Protective Association, overseeing a multidisciplinary team to enhance member learning strategies for over 105,000 members, and holding multiple leadership positions at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, where Jennifer managed continuing professional development for specialist physicians. Jennifer's extensive educational background includes an MEd in Adult Education from the University of Ottawa and further executive education from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Wharton. Jennifer is also a participant in the Carleton Leader Program, focusing on Strategic Leadership.
