Joe McMonagle

Joe McMonagle, CISSP, CCSP, serves as the Senior Director of Cybersecurity - Identity and Access Management at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System since June 2022. Previously, Joe held the position of Director - Cyber Services at KPMG US from November 2014 to June 2022, where notable achievements included leading the implementation of an Identity Governance platform for a manufacturing client and managing a SOX compliance project for an energy client. Earlier experience includes roles at Accenture focused on Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite, and positions at Seton Hall University where Joe contributed to academic technology and data center systems. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Information Technology Management from Seton Hall University and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
