Elaina Tully

Elaina Tully, MD, MPH, is a Primary Care Physician at Penn Student Health with experience spanning various roles in healthcare and academia. At Plume, Elaina served as the Medical Director of Clinical Services from November 2021 to November 2023. Previously, Elaina was a Bloomberg American Health Initiative Fellow at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and held the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of General Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Elaina also worked as the Medical Director and Primary Care Physician at Philadelphia FIGHT, and served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Elaina's educational background includes an MD from Harvard Medical School, an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
