Helene Hart

Helene Hart has extensive experience in legal and financial sectors, currently serving as a Senior IP and Compliance Paralegal at the University of Pennsylvania since November 2008. In this role, Helene manages the university's intellectual property portfolio and oversees the patent prosecution workflow, facilitating communications among licensing officers, inventors, and outside counsel.
