Joyce Kim is a PhD student in Sociology and Higher Education at the University of Pennsylvania, expected to graduate in 2027. Prior to this, Joyce served as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School and worked as a Program Evaluation Specialist at Year Up. As a Fulbright Research Scholar, Joyce furthered academic research opportunities internationally. Additionally, Joyce gained experience as a Research Assistant and held multiple roles, including Civic Development Intern and Assistant Teacher, at the Netter Center for Community Partnerships.
