William Manning is a highly experienced rowing coach with a long-standing career spanning several prestigious institutions. Currently serving as a High Performance Coach at the Pennsylvania Athletic Club since January 2022, Manning also holds the position of National Team Coach for USRowing, where notable achievements include coaching medal-winning teams at the 2015 Pan American Games and the 2022 World Championships.
