Bridget Devine

Bridget Devine, aPHR, has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, primarily at the University of Pittsburgh since December 2019, serving as an HRIS Business Analyst and previously as HR Shared Services Team Lead and Assistant. In these roles, Bridget has focused on HRIS system functionality, staff training, and resolving employee queries, while managing onboarding processes for new hires. Prior experience includes administrative support at the Ohio EPA, where Bridget contributed to training initiatives and implemented an Oracle-based training site. Prior roles also include technical recruiting at Brooksource and marketing positions at Artstreet Cafe and Venture Outdoors. Bridget holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Dayton.
