Denise McCloskey

Denise McCloskey serves as the Associate Vice Provost for Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh, where responsibilities include high-level management and oversight of the Office of the Provost's business operations, encompassing budget, finance, information technology, human resources, and payroll. Previous roles include Director of Administration for both the Office of the Provost and the University Center for International Studies, as well as Interim Director of Administration at the Katz Graduate School of Business. Prior to these positions, Denise held senior roles at the Northwest Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission, including Executive Director and Deputy Director for Business & Economic Development. Educational qualifications include a BS in Applied Mathematics from Penn State Erie, an MBA from PennWest Clarion, and a Certificate in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
