Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Enterprise Risk Management at the University of Pittsburgh, where responsibilities include overseeing a comprehensive risk management program and insurance oversight since October 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions including Associate Vice President for Institutional Risk and Integrity at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, and served as Director and the first Medicaid Inspector General for the State of New Jersey. With a background in law and finance, Mark's experience spans roles at the U.S. Attorney's Office and prominent law firms, as well as financial analyst positions at major insurance firms. Mark holds a J.D. from Temple University and a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University.
