Na-Rae Han

Na-Rae Han is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in linguistics and computational linguistics. Currently serving as the Director and Teaching Professor at the University of Pittsburgh since August 2009, Na-Rae Han oversees the RHLMC and lectures in the Linguistics Department, focusing on computational linguistics, semantics, and introductory courses. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Professor at Korea University, contributing to the Digital Humanities group, and as an Associate Development Scientist at Educational Testing Service, where involvement included significant projects in automated scoring. Na-Rae Han also worked as a visitor at Xerox Research Centre Europe, developing a lexicon for Korean. Academic credentials include a PhD and Master's in Linguistics as well as a Master's in Computer & Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's in Anthropology from Seoul National University.
