UNIVERSITY OF PROVIDENCE
Livingston is a retired Brigadier General with the Montana Air National Guard and a former administrator of the Montana Disaster and Emergency Services and a 2015 candidate for Great Falls City Commissioner.
Livingston went on to become President of the Great Falls Chamber of Commerce in January 2016 until October 2016 when he stepped down to prioritize his health, family, and faith at the time.
