Ron Witcher

Ron Witcher has extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. As President of Profiles of Virginia LLC since 1991, Ron has focused on hiring, training, and developing leaders to enhance organizational performance. In addition, Ron serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Richmond, teaching courses on Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Quality Management. Earlier career roles include Strategic Business Partner positions with Profiles International, Inc. and John Wiley and Sons, as well as managerial responsibilities at DuPont. Ron holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.
