Chris Tyler is a Reader and Senior Lecturer in Environmental Physiology at the University of Roehampton since September 2009, having previously served as a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Physiology. Prior to this role, Chris Tyler was a Physiological Society Research Assistant at the University of Bath for a short period in 2005, focusing on a research project related to growth hormone responses to repeated sprint exercise. Chris Tyler holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Exercise Physiology from Nottingham Trent University (2005-2009) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Sports and Exercise from the University of Bath (2001-2005).
