Adam Carter

Adam Carter is currently the Director of Player Personnel at the University of San Diego since July 2023. Previously, Adam served as Offensive Quality Control at Fordham University, contributing to the team's #2 ranked offense in FCS history. Experience also includes a role as Football Recruiting Assistant at Syracuse University Athletics, where talent identification and visit hosting were key responsibilities. Additional positions held include Content Creator/Scout for The 33rd Team, Training Camp Intern with the Houston Texans, and Public Relations Intern with the Frisco Fighters. Adam's career began with various roles during education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Syracuse University, with a focus in Quantitative Analysis and Marketing.
