Gabriela Ortiz Flores is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in higher education focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Digital Content Manager at the University of San Diego since December 2023, Gabriela has previously held key roles, including Assistant Director of The Multicultural Center at the University of Nevada, Reno, where goals included enhancing student leadership development and improving departmental branding. Gabriela's background also comprises positions such as Assistant Director for Clubs & Organizations and Coordinator of Special Events and Democratic Engagement at the University of Nevada, Reno, as well as Program Coordinator for the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs at the University of Chicago. With a Master's Degree in Digital Media & Storytelling from Loyola University Chicago, Gabriela combines strong academic credentials with a passion for supporting historically minoritized students and promoting civic engagement.
