Ramiro Frausto

Ramiro Frausto currently serves as the Senior Director at the Institute of College Initiatives at the University of San Diego, a position held since October 2007, and has also held various roles within the university, including Director of the TRIO McNair Scholars Program and Program Coordinator for the Office of Undergraduate Research. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Associate for History 109 at San Diego State University from August 2011 to December 2013 and working as Guest Relations Manager at the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center. Ramiro is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership at the University of San Diego, having previously earned an M.A. and B.A. in History from San Diego State University.
