Rufus Gant

Rufus Gant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology consulting, cybersecurity, and higher education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor for the Master of Cyber Security Engineering Program at the University of San Diego and as a Senior Technology Consultant at G2 Software Systems, Rufus also owns Value Based Enterprises, LLC, which offers comprehensive IT consulting, event planning, and interior design services. Previous roles include Executive Advisory Board Member at DiversyFund, Inc., Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Maryland University College, and leadership positions in IT security and compliance at Cal Poly Pomona. Rufus's career began with a distinguished service in the US Air Force Reserve, progressing through various management positions, including Director of Program/Project Management at SRA International.
