MacKenzie Stuart

MacKenzie Stuart, LMFT, serves as the CEO and President of Metaphor Therapy, a Marriage and Family Therapy Corporation, since August 2016, specializing in counseling for minority sexuality communities and individuals experiencing chronic depression. In addition to clinical practice, MacKenzie holds positions as Adjunct Faculty at the University of San Francisco and Saint Mary's College of California, and as Core Faculty at The Wright Institute, focusing on teaching and developing counseling psychology students. Roles at Sentio Counseling Center and previous positions at Horizon Treatment Services and Bay Area Community Services showcase extensive experience in clinical supervision, training, and program management. MacKenzie Stuart holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from Scripps College.
