Matilda Tavares

Matilda Tavares, Ed. D., currently serves as the Director of Alumni Engagement, Reunion and Affinity at the University of San Francisco since September 2016, with previous roles including Senior Associate Director of Alumni Engagement and Associate Director of Annual Giving. Matilda has extensive experience in donor engagement and organization, having worked at BUILD as an Entrepreneurship Program Associate and at Northeastern University as an Office Manager. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Education in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies, a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies and Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Matilda's leadership in diversity initiatives is highlighted by co-chairing the DEI Committee at the University of San Francisco.
