Prof Airini currently serves as the Provost and Vice President Academic at the University of Saskatchewan since February 2021. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor at AUT University and Victoria University, both from July 2014 and May 2013 respectively, and Dean of the Faculty of Education and Social Work at Thompson Rivers University from June 2014 to February 2021. Previously, Prof Airini was Head of School for Critical Studies in Education at The University of Auckland from January 2008 to December 2013.
