Andy Gardner

Andy Gardner currently serves as the Employability Partnership Manager and Career Consultant at the University of Southampton, working specifically with the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences. With extensive experience in career advising spanning over three decades, Andy has held various roles including Careers Adviser at JFS and LSU Schools, and previous positions at ILEA, Camden, and Capital Careers Service. In addition, Andy has worked as a Freelance Careers Consultant for multiple universities in London and has significant experience in management roles such as Operations Manager at Central Careers Hub. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Career Guidance from Newcastle upon Tyne Polytechnic and an HND in Public Administration.
