Ita O'Kelly

Ita O'Kelly currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Yellowstone Biosciences since January 2025 and as a Visiting Associate Professor at the University of Southampton since November 2015. With extensive experience in the biotech and academic fields, O'Kelly previously held the position of Executive Director for Product Management and Global Medicines Leader for KIMMTRAK at Immunocore from March 2016 to October 2024, overseeing cross-functional teams to execute global product strategies. Additional roles include Senior Director at Adaptimmune US, Associate Professor at the University of Southampton, and various academic positions at prestigious institutions such as Yale University and McMaster University. O'Kelly holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Physiology from the University of Galway.
