Kelly Weber

Kelly Weber is an experienced professional in digital strategy and project management, currently serving as the Director of Digital Strategy Mobilisation at the University of Southampton since January 2020. In this role, Kelly oversees strategic projects within iSolutions, managing a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery and business benefits. Prior to this, Kelly held positions including Head of IT Portfolio and CRM Programme Manager at the University of Southampton, where responsibilities included driving a significant CRM transformation initiative. As co-founder and director of Streamline Legal, Kelly focused on providing legal consultancy solutions and managing client relationships. Previous roles also include Head of Projects and Programmes at Blake Morgan LLP, where contributions included implementing key management systems and overseeing project governance. Kelly's career began at IBM Global Business Services as a Senior Managing Consultant, and educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in International Business Information Technology from Teesside University.
