Rachelle Jordan

Rachelle Jordan currently serves as the Head of CRM & Enquirer Experience at the University of Southampton since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rachelle held the position of Student Recruitment Manager at Rose Bruford College from March 2021 to February 2023. Rachelle's extensive experience includes roles such as Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Services Manager at the University of Westminster from September 2013 to March 2021, and Head of Publications and Web Marketing at the University for the Creative Arts from November 2010 to August 2013. Earlier in the career, Rachelle worked as a Relationship Manager for Client Services with Loyalty Management Group (Nectar), and held various marketing roles at LexisNexis, Euromoney Institutional Investor, and New Concept Group, showcasing a strong foundation in marketing across different sectors. Rachelle holds a BA (Hons) in Technical Theatre Arts from Rose Bruford College and has furthered education with certifications from the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and the Digital Marketing Institute.
