Sam Quin

Sam Quin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Triage Service and Information Manager at the University of Southampton since October 2014, where responsibilities include managing the HR Triage Service and overseeing content management for HR information. Previous roles at the University include HR Shared Services Manager, HR Project Manager for the Future Ways of Working initiative, and Ask HR Manager, focusing on providing HR advice and managing employee relations. Prior to the University, Sam worked at the Ministry of Social Development in Wellington as a Senior Advisor in Employment Relations and at the Ministry of Education as a Senior Advisor in Industrial Relations, leading negotiations and developing employment strategies. Sam holds a combined LLB/BA degree from the University of Auckland.
