Sarah Flynn

Sarah Flynn has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering at the University of Southampton since February 2006. Sarah has held various roles within the same institution, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and Recruitment Advisor. Prior experience includes a position as Recruitment Officer at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets from January 2005 to January 2006 and at Winchester and Eastleigh NHS Trust from February 2003 to December 2005. Sarah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Management from the University of Portsmouth, as well as a degree in Social Psychology from Loughborough University.
