Shaima Chowdhury Sharna

Shaima Chowdhury Sharna currently serves as an Assistant Library Officer at the University of Southern Queensland, providing support to students in referencing and sourcing information since February 2022. Additionally, Shaima is a Doctoral Student and has worked as a Student Concierge, assisting a diverse range of students. Previously, Shaima completed a research internship at the International Rice Research Institute and held the position of Research Associate at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, contributing to the South Asian Nitrogen Hub project funded by the Global Challenges Research Fund. Earlier experiences include roles as a Data Enumerator for various projects, a Column Writer at কালের কণ্ঠ, and a Student Intern at The City Bank Ltd. Shaima holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Gazipur Agricultural University, along with a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Science.
