Maximilian Braune

Maximilian Braune is currently a Graduate Research Associate at Universität St. Gallen (HSG), specializing in the Institute for Work and Employment Research, and also serves as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the Institute for Law of Innovation and Technology under Prof. Melinda F. Previously, Maximilian held the position of Legal Tech Solutions Business Owner at DIGITAL-X ONE and worked as a Research Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, focusing on M&A and real estate. Other experiences include participation in a state election campaign for the Christlich-Soziale Union, serving as a legal assistant at YAVEON, and internships at Deutscher Bundestag, Linklaters, Baker McKenzie, Gütt Olk Feldhaus, and ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN, covering various areas of law including data protection, dispute resolution, and corporate law. Maximilian is pursuing a Master of Arts in Management at the University of St. Gallen and holds a Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaft and a Bachelor of Laws in Legal Tech from Universität Passau.
