Sharon Griffin

Sharon Griffin has extensive experience in procurement and finance, currently serving as Deputy Director Finance: Procurement and Head of Procurement at the University of Strathclyde since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Implementation Lead at the Cabinet Office from January 2022 to July 2022. From January 2017 to January 2022, Sharon worked at the University of Strathclyde as Deputy Head of Procurement and Procurement Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Category Manager at North Lanarkshire Council from July 2015 to January 2017 and at Renfrewshire Council from August 2011 to July 2015, where Sharon also held the title of Senior Procurement Specialist. The career began at Scotland Excel, where Sharon was a Senior Procurement Specialist from August 2007 to July 2011.
