Nathalie Hinds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, partnerships, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Institute Operations, Innovation and Partnerships at the University of Surrey since May 2016, Nathalie has also held various roles within the institution, including Head of Operations and Partnerships for the Institute for Sustainability and Industry Partnerships Manager. Additionally, as a freelance consultant for Baluchon, Nathalie provides engagement support services and event management. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Babcock International Group, The University of Auckland, and various roles in event management and marketing across other organizations. Nathalie's academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching from the University of Surrey and a Certificate in Marketing Practice from CIM, among other qualifications in hospitality and tourism.
