Nick Moore

Nick Moore is an accomplished academic leader with extensive experience in managing academic performance, quality assurance, and governance in higher education. Currently serving as the Director of Academic Performance, Quality and Governance at the University of Surrey since December 2019, Nick is responsible for leading risk-based enhancement-led assurance services in academic quality across the institution. Previous roles include Vice Principal Learning and Teaching at the University College of Estate Management and various academic leadership positions at the University of West London. Key achievements encompass strategic leadership during the transition to online learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic and significant contributions to teaching excellence frameworks and curriculum design. Nick holds a Master’s in Management and Implementation of Developing Projects from the University of Manchester and additional qualifications in project management.
