Additionally, Colleen serves as a lecturer at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean since September 2022 and has been the Managing Director of C&B Cashflow Finance Ltd since January 2012. Colleen holds a Master of Business Administration in Innovation Leadership Consulting from York St. John University and a degree in History and Politics from The University of the West Indies.

The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) is Jamaica’s largest, fastest-growing, non-affiliated private institution of higher education, and is now one of five higher education entities with the accolade of institutional accreditation from the University Council of Jamaica. UCC is also institutionally accredited internationally by the UK-based Accreditation Service for Independent Colleges and Universities. UCC is headquartered in Kingston, Jamaica, with five physical campuses and UCC Online. UCC was formed in 2004, as a result of a merger in 2002 of the Institute of Management Sciences, which was incorporated in 1992, and the Institute of Management and Production, which was incorporated in 1976.
