Julian Francis, MBA, PMP, is an experienced IT Project Manager currently with Digicel Group, focusing on strategic planning and implementation of technology projects to enhance internal operations and customer service. In addition to this role, Julian serves as an adjunct lecturer at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean and is the Director at Pandamonium Projects. Previous experience includes operations management at the Project Management Global Institute, Guardsman Group Ltd, and The Turtle River Falls and Gardens, along with a role as Programme Coordinator at The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. Julian holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on International Business from The University of the West Indies and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University College of the Caribbean.

The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) is Jamaica’s largest, fastest-growing, non-affiliated private institution of higher education, and is now one of five higher education entities with the accolade of institutional accreditation from the University Council of Jamaica. UCC is also institutionally accredited internationally by the UK-based Accreditation Service for Independent Colleges and Universities. UCC is headquartered in Kingston, Jamaica, with five physical campuses and UCC Online. UCC was formed in 2004, as a result of a merger in 2002 of the Institute of Management Sciences, which was incorporated in 1992, and the Institute of Management and Production, which was incorporated in 1976.
