Ricardio A. Madden

Ricardio A. Madden, MSc., B.Ed. currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) since September 2022, having previously held the position of Research Assistant at the same institution from June 2022 to July 2023. Prior to joining UCC, Ricardio A. Madden worked at the University of Technology, Jamaica for over seven years in various administrative roles, including Administrative Assistant to the Head of School in the School of Building and Land Management, where responsibilities included preparing meeting documents, maintaining academic records, and assisting with student evaluations. Earlier experiences also encompassed teaching positions at Tower Hill Primary School and Mona High School, focusing on curriculum delivery and student mentorship. Ricardio A. Madden earned a Master of Science in Education and Training from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and a Bachelor of Education in Family and Consumer Sciences from The Mico University College.

The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) is Jamaica’s largest, fastest-growing, non-affiliated private institution of higher education, and is now one of five higher education entities with the accolade of institutional accreditation from the University Council of Jamaica. UCC is also institutionally accredited internationally by the UK-based Accreditation Service for Independent Colleges and Universities.
