Nathalie Salles-Olivier is a PhD Candidate in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change, specializing in AI-driven HR at the University of the Virgin Islands. With extensive experience in talent development and organizational effectiveness, Nathalie has held key leadership roles including VP of Talent Development at Bloom Energy, Senior Director of Global Learning and Leadership at Splunk, and Director of Live Learning at Meta. Nathalie’s work has focused on innovative learning strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and developing frameworks for equitable performance evaluation. Nathalie is also the founder of Abundant Strategies, an organizational consulting firm, and co-founder of Learning as Leadership, with educational credentials that include an MBA and multiple leadership and coaching certifications.
