Emma Sheppard

Emma Sheppard currently serves as the Head of Mainstreaming and Development at the University of the West of England, focusing on student welfare and the integration of inclusive practices. Previously, Emma held various roles within the university, including Head of Customer Experience and Student Advice Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing 24/7 student support services and triaging safeguarding concerns. Emma's background also includes roles in primary teaching and youth engagement, further supporting a comprehensive understanding of educational and welfare services.
