Saber Khayatzadeh

Saber Khayatzadeh is the CEO and Founder of ilosta, where a digitised non-contact inspection technology is being developed to enhance structural health monitoring of engineering assets, aiming to reduce costs and risks while extending asset lifespan. In addition to leadership at ilosta, Saber serves as Programme Lead for Aerospace Engineering Degree Apprenticeships and holds roles as Senior and Lecturer in Aerospace Engineering at the University of the West of England. Previous experience includes positions at The Data Lab as part of the Innovation Advisory Board and as an R&D Engineer at the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland. Previous industry and academic roles encompass work at the Advanced Forming Research Centre, University of Strathclyde, and the University of Bristol, where Saber completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Advanced Mechanical Engineering.
